Abstrakt EN: Integral formulas for continuation of gravitational gradients onto gravitational gradients are required for studying geophysical phenomena or calibration/validation purposes. Existing integral transformations relate vertical-vertical, vertical-horizontal and horizontal-horizontal parts of the gravitational tensor (Boelling and Grafarend, 2005; Toth et al., 2006). In this study, we provide more complete integral formulas for continuation of the gravitational gradients. These relate individual components of the gravitational tensor in the local north-oriented reference frame (LNOF) to the vertical-vertical, vertical-horizontal and horizontal-horizontal parts of the gravitational tensor. We also provide spectral and closed forms of the corresponding isotropic kernels and investigate their behaviour for a GOCE-like satellite.
