|Abstrakt EN:||Systematic review, in the context of Evidence Based Medicine’s approach and philosophy, is the most significant and most valuable type of study within the level of scientific evidence. Treatment of FAI is evolving as evidence based medicine do. The natural history of the condition and the efficacy of various surgical and nonsurgical interventions are still not fully understood. We are convinced that FAI treatment will be object of debate and ongoing studies for several next year’s so we are on the long way to say what approach should be the most ideal for an individual patient. Systematic review according to PRISMA protocol is a useful tool which represents a very important link between scientific evidence and its implementation into clinical practice and helps us to fulfillthe principles of Evidence Based Medicine: the conscientious, explicit, and judicious use of current best evidence in making decisions about the care of individual patients|
