Abstrakt EN: The paper deals with a problematic of a realization of measuring device for standstill frequency response testing for electric machines. Standstill frequency response (SSFR) testing is a modern method for identification of parameters of elements of equivalent circuits of electric machines (induction machines, synchronous motors and generators etc.). A principle of this testing is based on a special function generator (with a wide range of output frequency from 10 mHz to 1 kHz) and a special measurement analyzer, capable of measuring and computing the actual amplitude and phase-shift ratios between the generated input signal and its output response. The proposed device uses a microprocessor (DSP) with algorithms based on discrete Fourier transform (DFT). Measured results (tables of ration of magnitudes and phase-shift as a function of frequency) serves as a base for further post processing.
